Position Description

The KGSB Executive Masters Program is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Program Manager position.
This position is responsible for the overall coordination of various functions, and management of certain others, necessary to support the Executive MBA Program.

Specific duties for this position include:

- Managing weekly class sessions and helping to plan and manage a range of special events year-round
- Responding to student and faculty requests for assistance
- Determining material resource requirements
- Coordinating or managing certain activities related to new students' matriculation
- Processing student admissions and maintaining student data and records
- Taking and responding to front-line telephone inquiries
- Performing a variety of moderate clerical duties

This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule and occasional evenings.

Bachelor's degree required.
